Reason the product is recalled:

Due to a manufacturing defect, affected batches of cartridges can malfunction during use and discharge unintended or explode.

Batch Identification

Affected products can be identified by the batch/lot number on the underside of the lid.

4-digit format:
Ends with: N, O, P, Q, R, S, or T

10-digit format (DO 50 packs):
Begins with: DAG24K, DAG24L, DAG25A, DAG25B, DAG25C, or DAG25D

The hazards to consumers:

Risk of serious injury to users or damage to equipment if the affected cartridges explode or discharge while in use.

What consumers should do:

1. Stop using the cartridges immediately and store them securely and separately from other substances in accordance with dangerous goods regulations.
2. Check the batch/lot number on the product.
3. If your cartridges are affected, return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement product.
