Shipping & Refunds
Bainbridge provides FIS (Free into store), for orders greater than $200 (GST Exclusive). Excludes WA.
A small portion of items do incur a subsidised freight charge regardless of order value. These are particularly difficult items to send, be it overly heavy or lengthy items and they are clearly notated in our product catalogue which items are freight applicable. Note, we do not charge the entire freight of the order, but a portion of the charge to send the applicable item.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 2 days of receipt. We will issue a credit to your account when approved. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise must be notified within 2 business days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dependant on the scenario and your request, we may replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. Alternatively we may offer you a discount as an incentive to keep the goods. No returns without prior approval of the returns department in the form of a RA (Returns Authority) number. Goods returned without prior approval from our returns department will not be accepted.
Items replaced in store to the end consumer, will not be approved without prior approval of our returns department.
