- This innovative new treadle feeder reduces vermin problems and food waste
- Stepping on the mechanical treadle, the bird opens the tilt door that gives access to the feed
- A rubber bumper prevents the tilt door from hitting the feeder back wall to reduce noise
- Designed to help managing rat/bird problems, including adjustable weight settings from 250g to 2kg
- Anti-drip brim and diamond shaped lid reduces water ingress
- Perforated treadle floor to reduce waste and dirt while providing steady support and grip
- Raised plastic supporting feet to limit rust issues on the base of the feeder when sitting on dirt floors
- Adjustable feed distribution shutter allows changes to the flow of the feed
- Reduces waste feed with an anti-flick and scratch divider and grill, plus a deeper feeding trough
- To train your birds to use the feeder, simply weigh the treadle for a few days allowing free access to the feed. The weight can be removed once they are regularly feeding from the treadle feeder
